$10 Standard Shipping or $15 for Express Shipping on all items posted within Australia.
Free shipping on all orders over $200.
International Shipping
Postage to New Zealand Available for $25.
We only post to New Zealand overseas.
How long will my order take?
Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order, upon placement. Initial order confirmation emails are not confirmations of shipping and you will be contacted once the order has been shipped. Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend and/or public holidays, will be processed the next business day. During sale periods and public holidays, processing times may vary slightly.
My order didn't arrive?
If you do not receive your order or your order cannot be delivered, and it is returned directly to Elma Park, you will be contacted to organise re-shipment. The additional shipping cost to resend the order, will not be covered by Elma Park.
It is your responsibility to check over all details once you receive email confirmation of your order. If any details are incorrect please contact us immediately at hello@elmapark.com.au. We do not take any responsibility for incorrect shipping details and we will contact you to organise re-shipment and payment if the order is returned to Elma Park because of an incorrect address.

Returns
Return Policy
Returns are only accepted on items deemed faulty. Exchanges can be issued for a change of mind on all full priced items. Please contact us via email within 7 days of dispatch date to arrange a return hello@elmapark.com.au. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders. The products must be returned via Australia Post. Return shipping is at your own expense. All returns must be registered so they can be tracked.
Returning at item?
Returned items must be returned in their original state. Clothing must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
Sale Items
Please note: Sale items can not be returned and are final sale. Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable.
